About

Built on a Wednesday, for Wednesdays.

LockIn started the way most ministry tools should but don’t: with a youth pastor running an actual youth night, every week, and getting tired of holding it together with six apps, a spreadsheet, and a group chat.

Church software treats the youth night as a checkbox, a module bolted onto something built for Sunday morning. But the youth night is its own thing. It has volunteers who decide in the parking lot whether they feel like a team. Students who notice, silently, whether anyone noticed them. Parents who extend trust one text at a time. And a leader in the middle of it who deserves better than re-planning the same night from scratch every single week.

So we build LockIn for that night first. And we build it in our own ministry before we ship it to yours. Every feature gets tested on a real Wednesday, with real students, real volunteers, and a real clock ticking toward doors.

The business, plainly

LockIn is software, built and sold by Hey Hud LLC, an Indiana company. It is a paid subscription product for youth ministries: planning tools for the weekly night, volunteer scheduling, attendance tracking, and two-way texting and email to students and parents. One plan, $15 a month, everything included, no separate SMS tier. See what’s in it on the features page, or read the privacy policy for how student and family data is handled.

What we believe

The pastor gets their Wednesday back.

Planning a great night should take minutes, not your Sunday evening.

Volunteers walk in knowing the job.

Finding out what you are doing before the doors open is the difference between helping and hovering.

Students get noticed.

A text on their birthday. A check-in when they go quiet. Small things, remembered, change everything.

Parents get a partner.

Recaps and logistics, sent like you would send them, because you wrote them.

One more thing we believe: your words should be yours. LockIn will schedule, send, and log your messages. It will never write them for you. Relational ministry stays relational.

Want to shape what gets built?

Founding ministries get in first, at $15 a month, with a direct line to the founder.
